Based on the analysis of the functional requirements of the automatic soldering machine system, a set of design schemes for an automatic soldering machine control system based on PLC technology is proposed. The hardware composition and selection principles of the soldering system are briefly discussed. This paper introduces the software implementation of a fully automatic soldering machine system. The practical application shows that the automatic soldering system can not only meet the requirements of solder production, but also have the characteristics of high production efficiency, strong stability and simple maintenance.
